I am Meredith Lynn Frederick Owner and Instructor for Clinical Prep Exam. I look forward to helping you reach and achieve your nursing education goals! It is my job to teach you what's needed to prepare and be successful on this clinical exam. I have been in nursing for 21 years.

I have received specialized training and certification in Alzheimer’s care, Skilled nursing Care, Gerontology, IV therapy, Trach and Vent, Home Health and Wound Care.

Since passing the CPNE®, I have been actively working for a local hospital and teaching workshops. It is sometimes hard to manage both, however the reward from each is to great to give up. I love taking care of my patients and I love the thrill each students has when they have passed the CPNE®! It is very rewarding to help someone reach the end of their journey and know that you had a little input in their success. I am always proud to help put one more qualified nurse in the field.

Welcome to our team Pam Morien. She will be assisting me with teaching and will work as a back up teacher as needed. Pam completed her CPNE® with no repeats after attending my course in May 2009. She graduated from Excelsior in August 2009. Pam has extensive hospital experience. She has worked on a Cardiovascular Step down unit, working with open heart pts, pacemaker/AICD Insertion pts and cardiac catherizations. She has worked on a Cardiovascular Thoracic Unit caring for pts with surgical heart issues (CABG, Maze procedure, CEA), thorocotomy, myocardial infraction, angiogram, and arthrectomy. She now works in a local hospital on a Med/Surg Telemetry unit. Pam is a wonderful new edition to our team.
