How long is the workshop?   2 days long

Who teaches the workshop? Lynn Frederick and Pam Morien and Janet Allen. All are Excelsior Graduates.

What time is the workshop?  Starts at 930 am each day and ends on the first day between 5 -7pm on the second day around 5pm.

What is the Cancellation policy?  You must cancel prior to 16 days before the workshop to receive a refund.  Please keep in mind that the deposit is Non Refundable

What happens if Clinical Prep cancels the workshop?  We reserve the right to cancel up to 7 days prior to the workshop.  If Clinical Prep cancels, we will refund all money including the non refundable deposit. Workshops that are unable to go on because of bad weather are NOT considered a cancellation on the part of Clinical Prep Exam. The workshop will be immediately rescheduled. This is considered an Act of God and is not the responsiblity or under the control of Clinical Prep Exam. Anyone not able to attend the rescheduled workshop can have products in lieu of the workshop upto $175. 

How quickly is money refunded from a cancelled workshop?  We try to do this right away, but because of a rigid schedule it could take up to 30 days.

What is the policy for refunds on products. There is a no refund on products that have been mailed out. Once you have received the mailer of a product there is no refund. If a product was never received after mailing, we will send you a replacement product after 15 days of original mailing.

What happens if we attend the workshop and then fail the Clinical?  We have a money back guarantee. If you fail, you may re attend another workshop for free.  Should you fail on your second attempt, you can attend a workshop and Mock for free.   If you have followed the plan and you fail on the final attempt, we will refund 200% of the workshop fee you paid to attend.  

When I register will I get something in the mail?  No, you will get an email from Paypal or our credit card processing company confirming your payment.   Two to three weeks prior to the workshop, you will receive by email all the information needed for the finalization of the workshop.

What is the deposit and when is the balance due? The deposit is Non refundable and $170.00. The balance is due 16 days prior to the workshop. Spots are only held if money is paid on time or arrangements have been made.

What if I don’t make the 16 day deadline to cancel?  You will lose the money paid into the workshop. It is very expensive to do traveling workshops. For the sake of the other students we have to stick to a strict policy. We do not want to cancel because of not meeting the required number.

If we change our workshop date is there a fee? Not on the first change, but if you make a second change, there is a $50.00 fee.

Do we get a book with the workshop? Yes you get a study guide on the first day of the workshop.

Is there anything to do prior to the workshop?  Yes, we will send you a list of assignments with the final arrangements 2 to 3 weeks prior to the workshop.

How soon should I attend the workshop?  As soon as you are CPNE ready. Why waste time studying the wrong way.  Never wait until the last minute to attend a workshop. There is a considerable amount of material to study and you will need sufficient time to do so prior to your clinical weekend.

Is there anything I should bring to the workshop?  Yes, we will email you a list of items needed at the workshop 2 to 3 weeks prior to the workshop.
