Due to limited space and availability please choose two possible dates to ensure a workshop date.

This is a tentative schedule.  Clinical Prep Exam reserves the right to cancel a workshop up to 7 days prior to the workshop. We recommend that you do not purchase your plane tickets until you are within the 7 day window.  Anyone registering for a workshop must follow the cancellation or transfer policy.  Any cancellation must be done a minimum of 16 days prior to a workshop.

How to Register

If you would like to register for an upcoming 2012 workshop, you can pay your $170 deposit by:

* To Pay with Paypal you must contact us at  clinicalprepexam@aol.com and we will send you a money request. We NO longer accept paypal payments any other way. There is an additional $10 added fee for using paypal.

*  To pay by credit card you may do so on our online store.

* You may email us to register at clinicalprepexam@aol.com. All emails will be returned within 24 - 48 hours.

Information Needed to Register by credit card

Once the information is received, your credit card will be processed and a email receipt will be sent to you.

3 digit CVR code on the back

Workshop or product you are paying for.

We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express.

We do not accept Discover. 

We are now doing shipping products by Confirmation only. Shipping takes 7- 10 business days.  You can also elect to purchase Insurance.

 We ship on Monday's and Thursdays only.  We do not ship on holidays. We are not responsible for products lost by the USPS.  We do not make refunds for products not received after they have been shipped. If product is not received within thirty days of shipping, we will replace but not refund.  We advise that you request insurance or signature confirmation for your products when ordering. Please note that during workshop weeks, orders and shipping maybe delayed up to one week. 

All Monday shipping orders must be in by the prior Friday by 5pm EST. All Thursday shipping orders must be in by the prior Wednesday at 5pm EST.

Hotel Information Varies by Location

All workshops are held in the recommended hotel. 

We try to find hotels near the airport that include:

Free breakfast

Free hotel shuttle

Free Internet

with reasonable rates.

It is sometimes hard to find a hotel with all amenities. It can be difficult when choosing a hotel through the internet and phone service. What is star rated one way may not actually be what you receive when you get there. 

Please understand we search for the very best locations with the best possible prices to meet our clients needs. 

We highly recommend that you do not schedule flights until the 7 day window.  We are not responsible for the fees of canceled flights or hotel arrangements.
